cupcakemonster's Huff.
He startles when Gippal says his name, "'Lai", short and sweet and such a very Gippal thing to call him. No one else calls him that, he realises, and he does like it, especially when Gippal...
He stops that line of thought as a bad move when it heads towards the bedroom. But it is nice, the way Gippal is casual with people, with him, and strange as it sounds, he loves Gippal partly for that, for the way he doesn't treat him like a Praetor or a Yevonite or really anything much. Because he's not anything much, not really.
"Is there something you want?" he asks, quietly, thinking of the way Gippal laughed when he said he loved him, shuffling together the pages of completed work and straightening them up so all the edges and corners match perfectly. He puts them down where he'd picked them up from and sighs.
