feywood on my first kisses meme. Set during the S2 finale.
"What're you doing?"
Will's voice was a low, scandalised hiss. He wasn't exactly struggling, which Allan took as encouragement rather than simply trying not to wake Djaq. It was relatively easy to manhandle him all the way outside, and thankfully, he didn't think of picking up his axe. He even helpfully shut the door behind them.
"What the hell are you doing?" he asked, again. Their faces were close, so that Allan could feel Will's breath on his face. In some detached part of him he was reflecting that he was probably glad he had no sense of smell to speak of and that there were worse smells inside the barn they'd all appropriated.
"I'm surprised Robin didn't wake up," he said, lightly. Buying time. "He's been awake half the time. Worrying about Marian."
"What's your excuse? Guilty conscience?"
"Can't we give this a rest?"
Will didn't say anything, but Allan chose to take that as a good sign. Pushing Will back against the side of the barn might've been a mistake -- the thump was loud enough that surely at least Robin, restless, would've heard. Will glared at him, but before he could say anything Allan leaned in and shut him up, quickly, effectively.
It took a moment to get Will to respond. A moment more before he slowly raised a hand to run his fingers through Allan's hair. A moment more before he remembered. "Djaq -- "
" -- won't mind," Allan said, interrupting, grinning.
