Stephen looks down at the little bundle his mother just put in his arms, his expression half-pleased, half-bemused at the tiny, ever-so-fragile life he now holds. Max sits at his side, peering through the folds of blankets at a tiny, rather red face. "What's his name?" Stephen asks. His voice comes out curiously husky and he has to clear his throat.
"Will," his mother says, quietly. Stephen tightens his hold on the little baby just a little more, very carefully.
"Will," he says, thoughtfully, and nods -- breaking into a smile when the baby in his arms gurgles. "It suits him."
