Zell has something for Seifer, if he ever sees him again. He lost his choker: Zell's not sure when exactly he picked it up anymore, the GFs make that rather hazy. He's mended it, anyway, first because it seemed stupid to leave something broken, and then because he hoped it might be symbolic. He knows just how much they all fucked up in the war, now. He knows that Seifer wouldn't be welcomed back by the general public, but he thinks they're all idiots. It's not just because he has feelings for Seifer. It's so things can be finally fixed.
