Court is a vicious battle. Seifer never expected them all to fight for him -- even Rinoa, and there're so many reasons why she shouldn't and wouldn't. But it's Zell that really surprises him. Of course, nothing about the way Zell says it -- flailing around to make his point clear, his eyes intense and his fists clenched -- is a surprise, but the fact that Zell does it for him is.
Squall tells him Zell's in love with him. Seifer laughs in his face, but believes it, and hasn't a clue what to do with the knowledge.
