Seifer would never admit to being lonely and unable to sleep when Zell's on a mission. He doesn't need to -- everybody seems to know and find it amusing. They can always tell, without asking Zell, when he's been put on the next mission, just because Seifer can be seen laying in wait for the commander with a look on his face that says murder and never leads to much.
They can always predict when Zell will be back because Seifer starts haunting the car park and actually shaving again.
Some would call it cute, but not to Seifer's face.
