"Go away, loser."
Zell huffed softly and squatted down beside Seifer, digging his toes into the sand. "Doncha wanna play with us?"
Seifer's eyes lifted, for a moment, and Zell followed them -- saw Squall, standing there on his own, scowling. He hadn't let Seifer close in days -- not since Sis left -- and it seemed that was always going to be the way of it.
"Squall doesn't want -- "
"Shut up. I'll make him pay attention to me."
Seifer got up, brushing sand from his knees. He stalked over to Squall, shoving him lightly.
Zell sighed. He would never push Seifer away.
