"You can stay with us, you know," Cecil tells her, as she gathers her things -- preparing to just get off the airship and go back to the Land of Summoned Monsters. Her pretty eyes laugh at him.
"Still protecting me, Cecil?"
"As long as I can," he admits, shrugging. "I mean it, though. If you stay with us -- "
"I'll visit," she says, taking a firm hold of her bag. She hesitates for a moment, and then moves closer, standing on tiptoes to kiss his cheek. "Be good."
Cecil watches her go, biting his lip, anxiously. He hopes that she chose rightly.
