Cecil takes an astonishing amount of pleasure in his white magic, in the little acts of healing he can do now that would have been impossible before. Rosa's magic is still more useful, but he can help. That means something -- it's good to be able to put his hand on Rosa's shoulder and let his magic flow through her, comforting, rejuvenating. It's like touching souls to work together, healing together, a thing secret and special that shows only in the ways their eyes meet. It's nice to have something in common. It's nice to heal as well as hurt.
