He used to be scared of the dark. Terrified, even. Nowadays, though, he's with Tantalus, and Marcus and Zidane both snore too loudly and too comically to allow him any fear of the darkness. It's more a task of smothering his laughter long enough to settle down and get to sleep when the two of them are already snoring, and getting to sleep quickly to avoid the snoring if they're not already asleep. The only thing to dread about the night are the times he doesn't get any sleep at all, and that isn't often now he's used to it.
