Celes fascinates her a little. It's the magic, Terra thinks, the magic inside Celes, gained in the wrong way through no true fault of her own. She wasn't to know. It's the magic that draws her, a quiet calling, but there.
Celes is asleep now, of course, and it's easy to touch her, easy to brush her fingers over Celes' warm cheek, feel the soft skin. Terra is, of course, aware that too much will disturb Celes, and she's not prepared for that, but the magic is a kind of lure she can't resist.
Or maybe, she thinks, it's not the magic.
