Rinoa was easily won over. She'd been determined to be friends with Seifer -- just good friends -- and not to fall for him, but he was sweet and he carried her away somewhat. One day they were agreeing that they were just friends, the next he kissed her goodbye, a few days later she'd get a letter from him and a poem. He was so romantic, she thought she was in love.
She'd remind herself later, again and again, that a friendship was more important.
But she'd still smile, touching the poem she'd pinned to her wall whenever she passed it.
