Wash is pretty sure he should be put off by someone who is quite capable of throwing him down on his back, holding him down, and doing whatever she wants to him. Generally, at least. Usually, it's the guy who is more the throwing down and ravishing type. Not that Wash minds the role reversal. He's never thought much of stereotypes anyway and there's something of a turn on in the idea of someone doing that to him.
Well. More than something. A lot of a turn on, if he wants to be honest with himself. Enough to distract him somewhat from his flying at times if there's no need for him to be specially focused.
She proposed to him, of course. He says of course, though he wasn't far behind with the idea. Something about having a woman like her for his very own, to have and to hold forever, as it were, was very, very appealing. He didn't quite see how that went the other way, but maybe she liked having a man who liked being pinned down and such.
She's taking her time in telling the captain about the whole engagement thing. Wash can wait, though.
