Rinoa is interesting, River has decided. Mainly because she can see into her brain and what's there doesn't become boring after five minutes. It's a swirl of ideas and schemes and happy girlish things and above all power, and River enjoys it.
Enjoys it most when she manages to corner Rinoa -- literally corner her -- and she kisses her. With her unique insight on Rinoa, she isn't too surprised when Rinoa kisses back, although some of the people around are. The other interesting one -- Squall -- seems somewhat relieved that River takes up Rinoa's attention, so she doesn't stop.
