It's raining in Deling. That's not a change, it happens on average once a day -- technically, the average is one point five times a day, but that sounds ridiculous and it's often more than that anyway. It's raining in Deling and Zell is waiting for Seifer outside his apartment and he's pissed.
For a while, he contemplates going in there and beating the shit out of Seifer, but that'd cause more problems that it'd solve and besides, a hot shower, sex and dry clothes that will, admittedly, be too big for him, sound more fun.
