Asking Rydia for a dance is a rather more complicated exercise than he'd like. He clears his throat carefully, tries a few comments and winces at her every comeback, all rather stingingly snarky. Clearly, she was not in the mood for his attentions.
Which just meant he had to get a little more charming. But not in an exactly charming way. In the way that always got more of her attention.
"Rydia, will you quit being a bitch to me and just agree to dance?"
Surprisingly, it did work, which said nothing for Edge's skill with women and more about Rydia's bad taste.
