Summer is a time to be outside and doing things, as Rydia tells him when she appears at his door far too early in the morning, wearing not-very-much and insisting it's so she can get a tan.
Not that she particularly wants a tan in itself, but she likes the feel of sunshine on her skin, or so she tells him as she drags him outside, relentless.
He stops complaining by the time she's found somewhere she can sit in the sun and he in the shade, mainly because she kisses him, and he's content to lay in the sun with her.
