"Are we there yet?"

Edge was enough to try an angel's patience. He was as impatient as a kid and as annoying as only an adult acting like a kid could be.

"No. We're not there yet. It'll be another few hours."

"That's long."

"Yes."

There was an annoyingly short pause and then Edge sighed softly. "How long did you say it was?"

Rydia held back an aggravated sigh that would probably only encourage him if she didn't. "A few more hours."

There was another pause.

"I'm bored."

Her reply was more snappish than, perhaps, was really fair. "What do you want me to do about that?"

Edge grinned. "Well..."
