There are times and places and this doesn't match either. Zell allows it anyway. Everyone is in the cafeteria, at lunch, and that's the only reason why it's possible -- and still, always there's a chance that someone could see.
Seifer doesn't care, so Zell tries not to, always wanting to match Seifer.
It's quick, anyway, despite the fact that Seifer likes to flirt with danger, likes to make Zell really feel it, taking his time and drawing it out.
And, so secretly, Zell might want to be caught with Seifer anyway, saying I don't care to the whispers of distrust and hate.
