"You," Rose says, one hand on her hip, poking Jack in the chest with one finger, "are stupid. And an idiot. And you could've been killed."
He smiles, though, takes her hand, pulling her in close. "Your point is?"
"Her point is," the Doctor took over, since Rose was obviously busy having her heart melted, "that we could've lost you. And we don't want to."
"Ever."
Jack considers it in that light for a moment, reaching out to drag the Doctor close too and kissing them each in turn. "Well. I won't die, then."
Rose smiles and nuzzles against him a little. "You better not."
