It's an easy love, but it doesn't mean less for all that. Maybe it even means more, that Jack can flirt and flirt, and not always just with her or the Doctor, and she won't mind. And she can flirt, too -- they can look and maybe even touch.
After all, they're already used to sharing.
Oddly enough, or maybe not so oddly, it's the Doctor who finds it hardest to share. She sees him looking at them, hard, dark, wanting and possession, clutching on to all he can have.
Then the look passes, and she makes sure to kiss him extra sweetly.
