FFVIII: Peace
Fandom: Final Fantasy VIII
Pairing: Laguna/Squall
Warnings: Incest, angst
Rating: PG
Summary: Emotionally lost, and lonely, and looking for peace, and never finding any. For
fated_children.
Squall is emotionally lost, and lonely, and sick of Garden, so without really thinking about it he heads for the one place he was promised he'd get some peace. Not that he holds much faith in promises, but it's worth a try.
Laguna is sympathetic, and understanding, and he finds Squall something to eat even though it's late night and the kitchen staff are all in bed. His lips are soft and his hands gentle and his skin not as scarred as Seifer's was.
In the morning, Laguna apologises.
Says he's his father.
Bewildered, and not likely to find anymore peace there, Squall leaves.
