Seifer is a master at accidental touches, always keeping Zell doubting, wondering, thinking it over and imagining what it will be like if Seifer gives up the games and kisses him -- sweetly and simply and without anymore of his tiresome pride.
But it is only games, and Zell throws himself into fighting, into fierce indignance at Seifer's taunts, and Squall rolls his eyes and Quistis watches them carefully. From accidental touches to all too deliberate shoves, from tentative friendship to a bully and a victim, and what they might have had is lost because of Seifer's pride and his fear.
