Gippal grinned to himself, looking down at Rikku. Little sleeping princess, all flopped out with her hair everywhere. Disordered and pretty that way. He always liked her best all ruffled.

His intentions, however, weren't quite as pure as just coming in to see her sleep, cute as she was. He had revenge in mind. Just the other day she'd crept into his room to give him a most interesting awakening at a most horrible hour.

Little missy Rikku was about to get her just desserts. Mostly involving cold ice cream and a very warm and determined Gippal.

Revenge was going to be sweet.

I love these. You write Rikku even more warm and real and interesting than she is in the game, and it's all how she should be.

But just for the record, you're saying desert. You mean dessert.
