It's lovely to see him again even though he's all married still with the prettiest woman ever on his arm (except maybe herself), so Rikku bounces up and throws her arms around his neck and kisses him on his cheek and laughs at his blush, just like nothing ever happened, like they never meant anything more than friends. He looks uncomfortable but she won't let it mean anything more than a brief attraction, acted on and then forgotten. She makes him be friends and he just has to follow her lead and admire her strength. After all, she loves him.
