Sparring helps for a while.
Cloud loves the way she's not afraid of him. He could do anything and she would still see right through him and reach him in a way few can. She knows when the frustration boils up, too, knows how to calm him down.
She catches the slash of his sword in her hands, protected by her gloves, and then spins, oh-so-graceful, landing a punch in his gut that makes him stagger back because she's a girl and he can't just attack.
She does that, again and again, until he gives up; gives up the fight and the frustration.
