Summary: She should've been jealous.


She thought she'd be more jealous, seeing them together, her two ex-boyfriends, but instead she's vaguely satisfied. Seifer was almost impossible, with his possessiveness and his pride and his arrogance all wrapped up in ego. And Squall wasn't much better, with his detachment and withdrawal and half-paranoia and his need, his hunger for love. They sort of suit each other, really, and she smiles at the possessive arm Seifer has around Squall's waist, and at the roll of Squall's eyes when he's kissed firmly. She thought she'd be jealous or at least sceptical, but actually she thinks they're just perfect.

I'm glad you didn't make Rinoa out to be hateful and bitter! Too many people write her like that and I don't see her that way. Quistis, maybe, but not Rinoa. ^^

I agree with everyone. They always end up making Rinoa the hateful bitch and it kills the whole fic, but I love how you made her understanding.
