They've practiced the fight scene a million times. Blank barely needs to whisper what to do anymore, they move so fluidly together. But he does, anyway, just in case, 'cause one mistake could mean one of them hurt (and a ton of guilt for the other).
They practice it more and more as the plan to go to Alexandria progresses. They practice it until it become second nature, until they know exactly how to move, exactly when to let their swords clash together.
It's all about trust, really, and Zidane and Blank trust each other beyond everything else.
