When Quistis tells me he's in Garden, I hardly dare believe her. He's been staying away so long. Last I'd checked up on him, he had a job and had settled down in Deling.
He opens the door without even knocking. "Hey, Squally-boy."
"Hey," I say, softly. And wait.
"Marry me?" he asks.
