Summary: Seifer waits there every night.
They used to meet there, all the time, once. Every other night. Seifer lost count of the days and nights since, so he shows up every night, in the hope that Squall will forgive him, or at least want to know why he did it.
He has so many things to say that sometimes he feels Squall must be able to hear his thoughts, all of them, apology and memory and need and love.
Squall hasn't showed up so far, but when he does, Seifer will greet him with apologies and a kiss and a hundred memories just waiting to be relived.
