It's a warm day, and Heero is on holiday. Enforced holiday, of course; otherwise he'd be too busy working to let Relena drag him out like this. For now he's got a lot of free time on his hands, and 'Lena is only too happy to make him use it.
(That was Duo's suggestion, of course, but it was a good suggestion.)
She reads a book and Heero lies back to stare up at the sky. It's comfortable like that, just comfortable, and Relena is glad, because she never thought the world would feel this way again, for her or for him.
