"Yuy," he says, a little angry, a little relieved, a little something-else-he-can't-name-yet.
"Wufei," Heero says, and he has the nerve to smile, even though he's been missing for months, just upped and left and did whatever he wanted to do, without a word of communication, for months. Leaving Wufei more worried than he wanted to admit to, and feeling something he still won't name right along with the ache of the worry.
He can't stay angry, though, not faced with Yuy's smile. He tries it for a moment, all drawn up and huffy, his dark hair falling around his face. "Where were you?"
"Thinking," is the answer, just as if thinking is a place, and Wufei wants to hit him so bad. He doesn't, though. He grabs Yuy by the shoulders, drags him closer, looks into his eyes, all black-hot and desperate into blue and calm. He's sure for one bitten moment that Heero can read him perfectly and then, to hell with it, he kisses him, angry-love and love-sweet.
"You'd better have done all your thinking now, because you're not going anywhere," Wufei growls at him, even though Heero's arms are all caught up around him and it doesn't look like Heero wants to go anywhere.
Heero's bemused smile is something to remember, something to cherish, and Wufei lets it hang there for a moment before he presses his advantage and kisses him again.
