It's awkward. Kaylee finds that endearing, somehow, as long as it doesn't get in the way too much -- his fingers drag a little on her hair even though he's trying to be gentle, and you'd think he'd never kissed before. At least he's not shoving his tongue down her throat, and he has yet to cause major injury to either of them in some fit of actual clumsiness. In fact, it's kinda nice -- the shy way his fingers brush over her jaw, down the length of her throat, the way he's so careful, like she's actually fragile -- or simply precious.
