Summary: People all love differently.
There's one kind of love Rikku knows, and that's Yuna-love, the kind of love that wants to save the world. That's selfless love, something Rikku can barely understand and certainly can't aspire to herself, doesn't want to, even. There's Gippal-love, too, that lasts as long as it wants to and maybe hardly any time at all. It's easy love, love that will never hurt.
And then there's Rikku-love, selfish love that hurts sometimes and holds on and doesn't let go.
She can see the need for Yuna-love, and the attraction in Gippal-love, but she can't feel anything but Rikku-love and that's okay.
