Bran didn't know why the burn scar on Will's arm always captured his attention. Perhaps it was the curiosity -- how did he come by such a strange burn? A circle, quartered by a cross... he couldn't imagine any way. He would lie there with Will for hours, tracing it with a finger -- and on one memorable occasion, with his tongue, before moving on to tease other, more sensitive, areas. Sometimes, though, he thought it reminded him of something, though he didn't know quite what, and sometimes he would look up from his contemplation to see Will looking sad.
