Seifer knows he's an asshole. He knows, too, that Zell's too good for him -- though hell if he'll admit that to anyone, of course. He's not the biggest sap in the world, romantic dreams aside, but there's something in him that's very, very glad when somehow, something he does makes Zell smile. It's a toothy kind of grin, really, not the pretty little smile he might've earned from Rinoa, but somehow that's most appropriate too.
He's startled, too, at how often Zell provokes a smile from him, but maybe that's just par for the course with Zell for a lover.
