There's something to be said for summer, in Seifer's opinion, even if the heat makes training a living nightmare and all kinds of insects come out to play -- he's never been fond of anything that buzzes or stings. Or at least, there's something to be said for summer when it results in a half-naked and rather sweaty Zell Dincht for him to admire.
He has an inkling that Zell wouldn't appreciate being told that, and would react in true chickenwuss style, flapping around and all. This is one of the few situations where not telling him is more fun.
