It's more a giving of thanks than an anniversairy, and Seifer is careful not to treat it with too much gravity. Zell remembered it, which surprised him, greeting him with a kiss in the cafeteria, fingers curled round his wrist and his other hand resting on the back of his neck, an intimate touch. He says nothing, and so Zell stays silent too -- for once. They've both grown up a little, perhaps, together and apart -- Seifer manages to last through breakfast with Zell without taunting him; Zell manages not to squawk when Seifer's control breaks at the last minute.
