It annoys Zell, that everytime he catches a glimpse of red on grey, he half-hopes it's Seifer. The guy's dead, for real this time -- but that thought pisses him off, too, and he's not sure who he can hurt about either thing. After all, technically Laguna signed the forms, but practically it was a whole lot of people putting pressure on him that did it.
It annoys Zell that sometimes he thinks he sees him, and sometimes he tells Squall so, and sometimes -- only sometimes -- Squall just smiles. It makes him wonder. And he hates that uncertainty.
