Will's the one person Allan can't lie to at all, can't steal from. The others, sure. Even Djaq, despite all the confused liking-loving-caring feelings he has for her. Maybe it's the fact that Will can't seem to lie or steal or whatever from the people around him. Not even to save his own skin in that way where he's up against the gang's you-betrayed-us wrath. Not even when he's really, really hungry.
Lying for Will... That, Allan would do. Stealing for him, he'd do, he'd do it in a heartbeat.
Will's only ever stolen one thing. That'd be, well -- Allan's heart.
