Once, Aravis was as impervious as her brother's armour: cold and hard and unyielding. There's still the steel in her, of course. She is Calormene born and bred, but free Archenlander by choice, and choosing can't drive away the birthright. Still, she's... softened.
There's Cor, who she loves more than she can say, with a kind of fierce tenderness to be expected from a girl like her. There's Corin, who she's awfully fond of: perhaps because he's like Cor, but different. There's Lucy, who she spends a lot of time with.
Not many people, but enough. She's not quite as cold now.
