Zell had been surprised, the first morning he'd woken up in Seifer's bed feeling like he was at home. Over time, it'd gotten no less amazing but a little less strange. What was even more amazing was that for all his bitching and whining, Seifer didn't actually mind. They fit, their lives wrapping round each other easily. Zell got up in the morning to teach, Seifer to train. They saw each other again at dinner and might spend the evening together, might not. They always saw each other at bedtime, and spent half the night bickering -- or fucking.
It worked.
