Seifer loves Squall.
That means, for Fujin, that Squall is offlimits, but she can certainly see Seifer's point. She can certainly understand why Seifer fell for him, even though she's completely determined not to do the same. She can admire Squall, anyway, admire his courage and resolve, and the way he doesn't waste words.
She can admire the way he fights and the way he moves -- she can watch him from across the cafeteria as he eats his lunch.
She can fall in love with him, as long as she never admits it, not even to herself, and certainly not to Seifer.
