It was really rather funny to watch Zidane gravely kneeling down and putting his arms around Vivi, hugging him tightly. Garnet wouldn't have said so for the world, though, amused at the sight but touched by the evident affection there. She didn't listen to what they were saying, really, just thought distantly about all they'd been through. She knew it'd just be knew you'd come in handy, Vivi, teasingly, from Zidane, and a stuttering acknowledgement, and perhaps some laughter.
Garnet's surprised when Zidane moves to put one arm around her. "Five gil for your thoughts," he says, laughing. They're all smiling.
