Summary: Laguna isn't completely oblivious.
"Ward... told me that you're upset."
Kiros turned to look at Laguna, shaking his head slightly. "Not really... why do you ask?"
"Well, actually..." Laguna sighed and raised his hands in surrender. He decided that he would never try the subtle way around things again. His subtle was either about as subtle as a big bright red lorry, or far too subtle for anyone to pick up on. "He said something else... I wanted to know if it's true."
"What is it?"
"Ward said... Do you love me?"
There was a long moment of silence, as if Kiros couldn't believe what Laguna had just said. Laguna fidgeted a little, wondering if he'd offended Kiros somehow, not sure whether he wanted Kiros to say it was all stupid, that he felt nothing of the sort. One half of him desperately wanted Ward to be right.
"You've oblivious, aren't you?" Kiros asked, laughing softly, turning to Laguna. He looked down at Laguna, dark eyes searching his face carefully, as if searching for a reaction -- or searching for an excuse, an excuse to kiss him.
Laguna fisted a hand in Kiros' shirt, leaning up to kiss him softly. "Not completely."
