The strawberries are for Rydia. Cecil found them when he went for a wash, and now he has them folded up in his clean handkerchief to carry back to her.
They could be for Rosa, but the moment he saw them, he didn't think of her. They're for wild young girls who are still half-otherworldly, not for women like Rosa.
He smiles slightly to himself in anticipation. He thinks of what Edge's reaction will be -- the indignation that he didn't think of that.
But mostly he thinks of Rydia's sweet smile, and her tears, not so long ago for him, in Mist.
