Summary: Holding on and slipping away.
Hugs make people feel better. It's a fact Rikku has tried and tested any number of times, but standing on Gagazet and holding Yuna tight in her skinny arms didn't help. It felt like trying to hold sand in her hands -- like Yuna was slipping away. And she couldn't do anything. The more she held on the more time slipped away, the further Yuna got to throwing herself away. But she keeps hugging, holding tight, clinging, hoping that somehow it'll help again, her thin arms around Yuna's body that is slender but strong in a way Rikku doesn't understand.
