Zell stares at him for a long moment before he even recognises him, but then he catches sight of the choker round his neck and he can't doubt it. He's not sure what to do about it, but that's okay; his feet always move without his permission anyway, even if it's mostly right into his mouth.
"Seifer! Seifer, you asshole! It's Zell!"
For a moment, he thought Seifer wasn't going to recognise him. That didn't stop him in the slightest. He wrapped his arms around him in a bear hug, calling him some more names and grinning when he returned the favour.
