Power is in more than the magic that she always feels boiling over inside her. It's in more than distilling it all down or in spells that spill out. It's in controlling people, helping people, and Celes has learned that all well. She didn't expect it to be about brushing her hand over the back of Terra's neck and seeing her shiver at such a simple touch, and yet, there it is; power, subtle and strange and not entirely unappealing. Just for practice, she traces her fingers over Terra's shoulders and meets her eyes, smiles, and pulls away. Terra shivers.
