Summary: Zidane makes him smile.
Zidane has a way of making people smile. It's annoying and wonderful and unavoidable; he could tug smiles from a stone and Blank is far from a stone. He'd give a lot for Zidane to be his but he's happy with what he gets -- the smiles Zidane draws from him, the way he can't seem unhappy around Zidane.
Sometimes he thinks Zidane knows.
He knows Zidane knows when he kisses him, quick and startling and sweet, yet another ploy to make him smile but one he likes better. He wonders about Zidane's other plans to make him smile, and smiles again.
